Toronto, Ontario, May 5, 2011 – Cetaris is pleased to announce that Pacific-Western Transportation (PWT) co-hosted the 2011 Cetaris Core User Conference in Calgary, Alberta from Thursday April 14th through Saturday April 16th, 2011. This annual Core User Conference establishes a tradition of regularly bringing Fleet / Fixed Asset Assistant core users together to dialogue about best practices in the implementation and daily use of their mission critical asset management software, and to contribute to the direction of Cetaris' Enterprise Asset Management software product development.
Co-hosting with Pacific-Western Transportation afforded participants an eye into how industry peers are using Cetaris' Fleet Assistant product in a shop operation with a site visit to their Southland operation. Pacific Western Transportation is based in Calgary, Alberta and is one of Canada’s largest private transportation companies with a fleet of 2,000 school buses, luxury coaches and chartered buses. Cetaris commends PWT for making it possible to engage Fleet / Fixed Asset Assistant core users with numerous opportunities to interact and share knowledge, which greatly enhanced this year’s program.
This year's conference explored the theme of ‘Return on Investment’ in asset management operations, and continued Cetaris’ ongoing efforts to align Fleet / Fixed Asset Assistant development with core users' business objectives. Guest speakers from core user organizations were featured with presentations on key performance indicators and implementation best practices.
